Terms of Service for Star Force CRM

Welcome to Star Force CRM! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Star Force CRM’s software, applications, and related services (the "Service"). Use of Star Force CRM may be subject to fees based on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Payments are due in advance of each billing cycle, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). Star Force CRM may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our Service. All data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Star Force CRM and its associated content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by Star Force CRM or our licensors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Force CRM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Wisconsin State, unless both parties agree otherwise.
